A&Z offers extended manufacturer warranties to all our residential roofing customers. There are many benefits to warranties in general, but manufacturer warranties in particular are better for your home. Some roofing companies offer their own personal warranties. Unfortunately, those companies ever go out of business, their customers are no longer protected. A&Z has been around for 30 years and we have no plans of going anywhere, but if something ever should happen to us, our customers can rest assured their roof is still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. GAF Warranty

GAF offers limited warranties on their residential shingle installations. Their warranties come in a variety of lengths and coverage areas. Material defects cover any flawed materials discovered to be defective early on in the roof’s life. Workmanship coverage accounts for any problems with installation including disposal costs, misapplication of materials, and more. Tamko Warranty

Tamko offers a variety of excellent warranties for your residential roofing needs. Many start with 50 years limited warranties. The warranties not only covers the installation and replacement of shingles, many cover algae cleaning and removal to protect your roof from decay and discoloration.
